Curve Influence Grid

After generating some curves  ( video ) we would like to create a grid of points which is affected by the lines.

Like in the attached picture, it would be great if the lines concentrate the points in different areas of the surface. The resulting points shall remain inside the surface.


I appreciate some hints :)
