Curve Evaluation using existing points

   Hello, I'm wondering if it is possible to evaluate the normal of a curve using the coordinates of points that are distributed along it, instead of the typical "t".

  Here is an image of the curve that I need to evaluate, and the points where I would like to evaluate the curve:

You ultimately do need to use the parameter but you find out its value by using Curve Closest Point.
