algorithmic modeling for Rhino

Hi,

I am having troubles applying the following component (Net on Surface or any other component from LunchBox) to the following surface. For some reason the curves get applied on the untrimmed surface. I want it only to get applied on the trimmed surface.

Any help?

Thanks

Amazing! Worked fine thanks alot.

Now I have a problem sweeping a profile on the curves. I want it to always be perpendicular to XYZ global. At some point they twist and and the end of curve they are flat (shown in "bad" screenshot). Please find script and screenshots attached.

Guru! Thanks alot Hyungsoo! I would love to meet with you an connect. Where do you work? or based?

Hi Again Hyungsoo,

I've changed the surface and curves slightly and then the orientation of the laths has gone wrong this time. Do you have any idea what could've went wrong? Please find the script attached with new surface and curves.

Net On Surface is from Pufferfish not lunchbox. However you will find that most components in gh work on untrimmed surfaces. It will always work on the untrimmed version of the surface. From your screenshot it appears the surface you want to use (in red) is easy enough to make as an untrimmed surface (has 4 edges). Or just chop it like Hyungsoo did.
