Hello Melike, 

here is a broad approximation. I just solved the equation for z. I tried to create a surface from the points, but I wasn't successful so I just used the Revolution component. Hence, keep in mind that the one created this way is only correct when a=b. 

If you manage to create the surface from the points, please post it.
