Cull pattern question

Dear grasshopper community,

This is driving me mad. I have this script that cull geometry depending on how close or far they are from an attraction point. It works PERFECTLY in one file but breaks at the end in the other file.

Keep in my mind that i have 4 attraction points that u can see in the rhino file that are being grafted so the whole skin will react to the 4 points.

I also used the "Not" component to reverse the True/False and gave it as an input for the culling pattern and it still would NOT give me the opposite panels.

This is driving me crazy and I Know the solution is too simple but I cant figure it out.
