cull intersecting points

hi..

im trying to create a process similar to kokkugia project 'highly evolved' http://www.kokkugia.com/

using rabbit i have made two sets of points, each with about 200 points. Wondering what is the best way to cull the with the points with same XYZ cords.

the outcome being that i'm able to create more than 1 state of cellular automata.

also if there is a way to create a hierarchy for which the points are culled e.g. attractors...
