Cross sections

Hi, i was trying to make a double layer of wood laths , starting from the axis of the section, and i was using the component cross sections with the beam section trying to put the height on zero, but it's not working . Do you have any advice ? thank you in advance !

Hi Davide,

you could use an I-Profile and set the web thickness to a small value. The latter needs to be chosen such that the shear stiffness of the web is equivalent to the shear stiffness of the connection between the top and bottom lathes.
