algorithmic modeling for Rhino

What I want is an imperfect array that shows my objects not in an exact position of a rectangular array, while each having a slight random rotation on z axis as well. My desired output is something like a hand-eye arraying in real life situation. I would be grateful for your thoughts on this.

Your slider is set to 360, beware that gh uses radians and not degrees.

And there again, as a range you "feed" a value instead of a domain.

Random component needs a range where possible random number will be generated:

ex. from -2 to 17 ...

Btw try this.

Although radians are the default, you can set angle parameters to degrees through their menu.
It's also fine when you plug a number into a domain parameter, it just implies a domain from zero to that number.

Thanks for the tips David

Thanks for pointing this out David!

Didn't know. XP

David I found this discussion that you explained how it would be done. Is this the same that you're pointing out now?

Thanks a lot for your awesome reply. I re-did your GH to understand it better. I'm happy to say the result is exactly what I wanted
