Creating geometry from section profiles in 2 direction

I have section curves for an organic geometry in 2 directions ( 9 in U and 40 in V ) 
They are opened curves that i manually drawn in rhino
Lofting in one direction makes a non-smooth geometry 
And other components like patch and network surf does not work
