Creating an External Interface to Input Parameter Data into Grasshopper Definition

I am working on a definition right now and I want to be able to showcase the behaviors in it to people not familiar at all with the grasshopper interface. I am trying to figure out how to create a window that will appear outside of grasshopper that will have the users input data into the question boxes. After they submit the data, I need it to be transferred into the definition and update the geometry. 

Does anyone have any idea of how to create an external interface that will communicate with grasshopper?
