Create Voronoi3D of several groups of points

It might be an inverse approach, you can sort bunch of points by voronoi seed point posstions.

I would like to apply this method to geological sections. But I'm not a geologist, and perhaps there are better ways to display this information.
Construct approximate configuration of layers of soil. And in order to fill in the blanks using voronoi 3D.
