Create surface from voids

I have a hexagonal grid and I would like to create a surface from the voids of the hexagons, yet I´m not sure what I should do. 

List item connects my points within the same hexagon, but I want to connect them to the next one.

I want to connect vertices 5 with 4 but from the next hexagon.

1 with 2 from the next hexagon and so on
