Create rectangular profile as GSA-component

Hi Christina,

Thanks for posting.  Bullant has a component that creates a rhs profile shape, if you don't supply a wall thickness it will be rectangular.  You can also simply input in the section string in the gsa format.

You can override with multipliers or absolute values to numerically define the inertias etc.  At the moment you would still supply a representative shape, I can look at changing that.

I've attached a test script, let me know if this doesn't help.
