1 how do I get all the rectangles filled with random colors?

2 how to bake them?

Lunchbox could help, with its "Object bake" component:

Btw, Grasshopper does not recognize Alice Blue and Antique White as valid colors. You need to change those. That's why some of the rectangles are "empty".

It's not larger - it's smaller. You did it like that, by using two offset functions with negative values (negative values at offset mean shrinking):

I did not change that part of the definition, just the last one related to assigning particular color to particular surface, as you requested.
