Create a binary tree

Hello Guys, I have just installed Rhino and Grasshopper for the first time and I am a complete rookie. I want to create a binary MLM tree which can calculate dynamic values. For example, if in a cell at the bottom there is a change in value, this should affect all the connected cells upwards to the very top one according to a set rule.

Where would you suggest me to start from?

Or maybe there is a binary tree already in rhinocommon, I do not know.
