Cover an area entirely by randomly overlapping circles

Hi,

I'm all new to grasshopper. I have a question about how to cover a 2d area by randomly overlapping circles, and also minimize the overlapping area. Please see the attached sample image and file. Thank you very much!

populate geometry would do the same on planar brep without culling
