coordination betwenn roof gutter and wall divisions

hi,
i am working on coordination betwenn roof, gutter and wall divisions.
almost each 2 surfaces has separate division number that's why i have to separate a lot of items.
1 can i make a definition simpler? and still control all these surfaces in pairs.
2. how to change division of roof in to separate surfaces?
at the moment it is just one big loft with lines on it.
division method comes form grasshopper premier but there panels does not follow division lines strictly (one panel for two devision)

i think i will find it soon somewhere in tutorials....

3. how make a gutter between roofs without a division in the center?

all comments and suggestions are precious for me because i am a beginner:)
