No. Voronoi is a soap bubbles which you inflate round each point...

Well you could try to implement the Game of Life rules on a voronoi structure given that it is already created. You might want to alter the rules since the Game of Life assumes a regular grid with max. 8 neighbors. In voronoi that differs for each cell.

You can use the edges of a Delaunay mesh to figure out which points are neighbours in a Voronoi diagram.
