algorithmic modeling for Rhino
It is a bit unclear what your actually are searhing for. But you should check out the components LOFT or/and EXTRUDE.

i kno hot to use loft and extrude, what i i am searching is like....supose u have a plan ith lots of lines and u want to make this lines reanderizable...
Okay.
Well to render curves in Rhino: Render -> Render Properties -> ON/OFF Render Curves and isocurves
But In a project last summer I where in same situation as you, and ended up making the curves into pipes.
I wanted them to be visualized as "curves" so I created a definition that fixed the radius of the pipes, so that the pipes fitted as "curves" for the camera (rendering). This was by using Grasshopper. In that way I got "fatter" curves, actually rendered pipes.

lots lots lots of thanks man
i am trying to do it but i just do not get it.....
