algorithmic modeling for Rhino

convert mesh to a nurb surface?!

Hello Every body,

 

i created a mesh object by Autodesk Maya, and I need to use it on grasshopper as a surface so that i can apply some processes on it, like population as example.

 

Isn't there any way to convert the mesh into surface that can be operated with grasshopper surface analysis???
