Convert GH native component to Phyton script editor?

hi, maybe this sounds silly, but after playing around with GH, I have developed some interest in learning coding / language (Or whatever u call it) . have read some basic tutorial and introduction on the net and I think I wanna give it a go on phyton.  ( I went to architecture college, totally zero knowledge about coding, so it is hopeless for me to learn complicated language such as C++ or VB from scratch )

since i heard phyton is the easiest to grasp, and there is a dedicated phyton script component in GH tab,  I would like to know if there is an option or a way to "open" a native GH component into phyton script editor in GH?. I tried to copy and paste the component on textpad but it just doesn't work (or maybe I did it wrong?)

a little help?

thanks

Hi Runnie,

"Peeking" inside GH native components is violation of its license agreement. Grasshopper is free, but not open-source.
Even if you could, you would see VB.NET or C# code, not Python.

ah I see, I'm sorry for asking something stupid then. I was thinking of learning python and I thought it would be easier to try to understand how native GH component works in python.

thanks for clearing up my confusion :)
