Control Quadtree dimension/orientation

Hi everyone, 

I'm trying to have more control on the size of a quadtree, because I really need them to fit on my surface subdivision.

I attached the GH file. I will appreciate some help :)

It seems that there is nothing in 3dm, and gh takes so long so I kill it !
