Dude thats really cool! good work, i really like the model where thickness increases with curvature. How do they handle in terms of strength?

Hi Nick,

I actually have no idea about that, I am no structural engineer, but gut feeling is that the strength are based on the material, the glue and the bonding between them. Due to limitation of the testing equptiments I have, and my knowledge in material engineering, I really have no idea about thsting them.

However, I once did a CNC piece with real timber, which is pretty heavy duty after gluing with elmer glue.
