Connecting successive points on ascending circles

Hello All,

I'm trying to build a curve that connects successive points on each ascending circle. For instance, the first point on circle 1 to the second point on circle 2 etc.

The dumb way I've been doing this is to combine all the points into one list and partition this large list into chunks of 10 points each. But I'm pretty sure there's a more elegant solution involved ascending series. Does anyone have any idea?
