connecting hopscotches... ?

maybe sombody has an advise..
the base idea is to create a origami structure consisting of hopscotches
the problem is the connection!!!!!! maybe the jpg or the ghx explain it better...

i am just beginning  to understand  grasshopper and would be greateful for any advises
