Connecting close to each other closed curves

Hi,

I have big number of closed curves which are positioned close to each other. I wonder if there is a solution to automatically (or semi automatically) join the curves by adding bridges between them. See the attached pic.

The project requires cnc cut and all parts need to be connected. The connection type really does not matter (I just did it smooth manually in Rhino).
