Grasshopper

algorithmic modeling for Rhino

The question is, how can we connect two or more data’s to each other in Grasshopper, so by changing each data the other changes too…?

For example we can specify a point using two basic methods;

By its “(x) and (y) coordinates” and by its “angle and distance“

Now I want to have an algorithm which specifies a point with both the data’s, so when I change the “(x) and (y)“ , the point, and its data for “angle and distance” changes and vice versa; by changing the data for  “angle and distance“ the point again, and the data for its ”(x) and (y) coordinates“ changes simultaneously?

Got it?!

Got it. Not possible. Data only flows from left to right in Grasshopper.You can define a point by {x,y} and then measure the {phi,r}, but those measurements cannot be manually adjusted to affect the {x,y} values.
