Complex modeling its possible with rhinoceros?

I have this website, that I visit since a really long time ago. and I have always wonder how did they model this kind of geometry, always keeping eveything nice, clean and organize in order to make blue prints and organize the spaces.

do you guys think that this is pisible in the near future for grasshopper and rhinoceros?

I have contacted the architects from the website and they told me that htey use MAYA.
