Comparing Items to determine action

Hello,

I created a circle and divided it. I use a slider to divide the curve by 2,3,4,5 or 6 points. If and only if the curve is divided by 4, I want the location of the points to rotate 45degrees. 

I used the Equality command to compare the slider number to 4 and if its equal I ask it to rotate by 45 degrees.  It appears to rotate, but it does not appear to be 45 degrees.  Can anyone see what I am doing wrong?
