comfort zone

Hello everybody

I want to specify if each month of the year for a city is above the comfort limit or under the comfort limit or has the comfort limit. I know that psychromatic chart just gets us whether each month has comfort or not.. but it doesn't specify if it's under or above the comfort limit.. can you tell me what should i do to know this for each month?

What's a comfort limit, how is it computed, what data do you have available to you and how do you want to present this data (gradients in 3D, list of text??)

Thank you for your reply. I want to show that if in a month we have the warm weather, we decrease the radiation of sun and if in a month we have cold weather, we increase the radiation of sun.
