Colorblindness Illustration

Is there a way to use the image sampler to create a bunch of perfectly arranged circles inside of an outline? The effect I would like to achieve is similar to the technique employed by those cliche colorblindness illustrations we all love. :) Thanks in advance to anyone who responds.

I'm just now realizing that this technique has an actual name (circle packing). I've found a couple scripts/definitions....but any commentary is still welcome! :)
