That interface is clearly bunk. It will have to be replaced with a better browser someday and maybe even a primitive icon editor. It's low priority though so don't expect anything to happen here soon...

but where can I find the folder with all the icons saved in?

There is no such folder. The icons are collected from the runtime caches which contain all the icons that are loaded from all GHA files.

so if i want to take a screenshot of all the installed icons, i have to drag and drop them all into the canvas of one file and save it?
