cluster

and i got stuck in the clusters section. The first cluster i need, is the first image i attached. Its description says that the component creates a bubble list from individual items. Those individuals items shall be: the bubble, the center, the radius, the neighbours, closed and index. Since all i need is data to create a list, i started with this. 

I dont know if im going the right way, or if i have no idea what im doing. 

Would really appreciate if someone can help me withe the merge of this data and how to make it a list
