Ok Thanks,

I want to cut a pointcloud.

For that I create a box about the points that I would like to have.

and ask for the points that are inside the box.

The problem is if I create a mesh from the points in the box, it is open.
Is it possible to close them?

Do you mean a convex hull? The Starling plug-in has a great hulling component.

Attach your project as .zip file format. Ning has some issue with .rar.
