Closed Curve Sweep help needed

Hey guys, this is my 1st post ever, I always try my best to avoid re-asking the same questions, but I tried everything suggested here from flipping to shattering and nothing works, can someone please work their magic and suggest a solution here is a screen shot and the files:

The Rhino SDK method for sweeping simply returns a non-result (I attached a file with a C# component which directly invokes the Sweep SDK in Rhino). There's nothing I can do to fix this, somehow the Sweep1 command has a lot of extra smarts build into it which is not exposed in the programming SDK.

If I run this file in Rhino6 it actually crashes, so at least it's different, but not in a helpful way.

Anywho... This works with OPs original geometry but it's still easy for sweep to blow up when the rail curve is tweaked.
