algorithmic modeling for Rhino

Circle Tangent to 2 circles and 1 line

Hello Everyone

I need to fill the two main circles with other tangent circles

In rhino I'd use 3 tan circles but on GH the same command ask me for a center point guide and I don't know where to take that.

Can somebody help me?

I need to make this only with GH and not with plugins like kangaroo.

There are often various solutions to a TanTanTan problem. The centre point guide allows you to specify which of all possible solutions you'd like. Downside of course is that you need to know roughly where the answer is going to be.

I understand that, but in this case there''s only one solution. Isn't there any other possibility to obtain what I need?
