Something like this (def attached below)?

I'd also recommend looking into circle inversion. It can be a powerful way of generating and transforming circle packings

I couldn't make it with your definition because I needed to add more options.

I think that this circle inversion you mentioned could be the thing I need but I honestly can't understand how.

The definition attached.

I basically need to fill the 2 main circles with an Even or an Odd number of circles. 

Can you help me?
