algorithmic modeling for Rhino

Hi I am trying to create a cilinder with a distribution of holes on the side surface of the cilinder. I did this by creating multiple helix around the cilinder surface. Now I have the cilinder surface and a bunch of hole surfaces around the cilinder. I am wondering how can I do to extrude cut the cilinder with the holes.

Is there a way to cut this pattern from a solid pipe (with wall thickness) that then can be exported to a FEA solver??
