Change the path data from {A} to {x+A} while x is variable

I am using hoopsnake.In order to merge some tree branches without flattening the data, I would like to rename the data generated in each iteration from {0},{1},{3}
to {x+1},{x+2},{x+3}..while x is the number of tree branch from the existing data tree.

I cant figure out a way to do that. Is there a way to change the path name?
