Chameleon Tutorials or Step by step instructions?

Does anyone have a good tutorial link or written instructions for how to set up the adaptive components in Revit so that I can then use Chameleon to bring customized geometry from grasshopper to rvt?

I'm not sure if I quite understand how this plugin actually works...Any help would be awesome.

Have you seen the example files provided from chameleon ?

I have run in to an issue when trying to use the 'GH Place Adaptive Components' command with the Revit Adaptive Component Example files. Revit freezes after selecting the family type and parameters. Any help would be much appreciated.

I am also working with Revit 2013 and Rhino 5.
