Catenary component gives as output a polyline; a series of 1° degree lines joined togheter.

A revolution of a polyline will always results as a series of conical surfaces joined together.

You have first to rebuild your polyline to a SINGLE (non-"explodable") nurbs curve.

Then use the resulting nurbs curve to continue your stuff.

This can be done in many ways...
