Grasshopper

algorithmic modeling for Rhino

Hello- I am new to grasshopper as was trying out a few simple algorethems for use in a school project that I am currently working on and just cant seem to figure out.

I have set up two differently scaled and offset circles which I have swept with a connecting curve in rhino.  I now want to be able to adjust the length of the sweep along the curve between the first and second circle.  Idea is to eventually show how the object (surface) is growing from one circle to the other over time.  Any suggestions on how to practically achieve this??  Thanks so much in advance.

Grow Sweep

This should give you an idea.

Looks like that was exactly what I needed.  Thanks Chris!!

One quick question- Chris I have been playing around with your growing sweep script and for the most part it is working really well.  For my purposes I only want to use a single rail sweep instead of a double which I changed around fairly easily.  My issue is when I grow the sweep about half way the top and bottom seem to flip over creating a broken surface.. when I do the sweep in rhino there is no issue.  I have attached both files, please let me know if you have any suggestions.

Also, unlike in your attached rhino file (and changed from the comment above) I am now attempting to sweep two irregular shaped curves.

Use the CrvSeam command in Rhino to get the curve directions and start points aligned.
