algorithmic modeling for Rhino

can't get the sort list to make a interpolate curve

hi everyone , i've got stuck with this and really don't have any idea what else to do anymore .. i have a divide curve and 3 points on top of it and i want to connect them respectively .. but the points from divide curve starts from zero while i want them to continue the list from the top 3 points in z order .. that's why the points can't connect to each other from top .. i don't don't know how i should achieve this .. any thing i've missed ? thanks beforehand..

any help? would be great, i just can't get rid of this catch and move on , i hope to have conveyed what i had in mind ..
