can't get proper vectors

I took a circular base and then tried to find parametrically defined sun shading fenestration projections with the help of ladybird.

However, the vectors directing the fenestration projections are being directed outwards from the center of the bottom-most floor-circle.

Is there a way to flatten the projected vectors per floor plane?Here is the problem vector list:
