Can some one help me to build this model in grasshopper :)

I am trying to turn my physic model into digital with grasshopper, but I failed :( Can someone help me out with this? Many thanks

The idea is the "chopsticks" are randomly connect to eachother,but the length is shorter at the top arch than bottom.
