PS: Triple espresso obviously (Cafe Volcan).

Cocoa and coconut milk powders and erythritol crystals as sweetner whisked into espresso.

Er ... sweetened espresso??? What's next? A pink espresso maybe?

But in the name of science I've tried it >> nausea and stomach rumbling and this (and that).

The cocoa/cacao is pure dark chocolate bitter, and both coconut fats from the somewhat sweet coconut milk powder and cavity fighting zero calorie erythritol merely temper the bitterness into a fast form of hot chocolate with espresso being merely a medium for it that adds caffeine.

The theobromine stimulant of cocoa, which is caffeine lacking one methyl group, mellows out the jittery head-dominated buzz of caffeine to include the body thrill associated with chocolate. Erythritol lacks the syrupy sweetness of sugar and also lacks the odd aftertaste of drug-like sweetners like saccharine.

Vanilla Coke with a huge ice-cube. Coke contains caffeine!

Just got back from this trip, no way I can stomach anything warm at the moment.

My new Stevens Bike. First time in my life I actually managed to buy a bike for my size (I'm 1.97m). I wouldn't want to drive a Lamborghini down that path...

yes choosing the right frame, according to body size, can make a big difference, especially in cases like this 100km route with 500m ascent.

Thanks, I'll have a look at that site, always looking for reliable and fun cycling data near me. At this point I've got dozens of routes added to mappedometer (which I admit is not very advanced) so there's a lot of inertia for me to stick with it.

Oh yeah, pretty darn hot day. About 5 liters on the road and about 3 more after I got back. It took me a few years but I seem to finally have figured out the ratio of water, sugar and salts I need to balance the losses.

But how will I keep the Jägermeister cold during a 5 hour trip?!
