BUG: ReOrient to World

The problem which has been discribed here, could be nailed down to the reorient component.

Shown in this example, arbitrary planes are reoriented to the World XY. They now should be all World XY itself, but some are not.

Not a bug. Intrinsic problem when dealing with numbers of limited decimal places.
