BUG: QIE saved results differ from screen display

Yep, I save the image at 2x magnification for the final output to improve anti-aliasing. However this does mean that screen-sized objects (curve width, 2D text etc) will differ between the preview and the final result.

If I have some time again to work on GH I'll see if I can do something about that.
