Brick Pattern Thru Image - HELP!!

Hi everyone.

I need some help with a project I am doing and I am new to this.

I am trying to replicate Gramazio + Kohler’s Winery through a brick pattern. I am having trouble achieving this.

I have only managed to offset the brick through a Cull Pattern but I can’t figure out how to rotate them individually through an image sample. I would really appreciate your help.

I’ve been looking around and haven’t found anyone doing it thru the same approach that I did. The image i want to use is the one below.
