Brep Plane fails to detect intersection of two planes

It's a real simple question but I can't seem to solve it - I've tried joining the surfaces, grouping them, closecrv command on rhino and flattening the points etc on grasshopper. Would appreciate some help! Thanks.

What is the error?

You should be able to read (and copy) it just above the red component.

Also, if you upload your geometries .3dm + definition .gh , it will be easier and faster to help you.

EDIT:

You are using the Brep | Plane (Sec) component.

If you want to instersect 2 surfaces, use Plane | Plane (PPX) component.

(surfaces will automatically be converted to planes)

Or, if you want a more specific intersection, use Brep | Brep (BBX) component, but it could be somehow more tricky sometimes (or slow, heavy).

It works on PPX component but I do need to create a section through the surfaces. The red component just says 'intersection failed'.

Can you upload your files then?

"I do need to create a section through the surfaces..."

You mean an intersection between each other or a plane intersecting both?

Can you explain where you aim to?

sorry i thought i included the definitions
